• Lack of conversions, sales, or business results from using leads
• Duplicate data already present in your own databases
• Leads being unreachable, inactive, or unresponsive
• Errors made during the lead parameter selection process

2. Lead Accuracy Disclaimer

All leads are provided "as is" and are based on the specifications selected by you at the time of purchase. While we aim to deliver accurate and targeted data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, responsiveness, or conversion potential of any leads sold. 3. Chargebacks and Disputes

As stated in our Terms, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without legitimate cause is a breach of our agreement. If a dispute is filed improperly, we reserve the right to:

• Hold the buyer responsible for all legal fees, penalties, and damages incurred
